Veneto, Italy | Fine, lively bubbles that dance within its bright straw-yellow colour and greenish reflections. Its lovely aromas include ripe pineapples, peaches, and Rennet apples as well as delicate florals. Its finish is bright and dry, yet sweet on the palate.


FERRARI BRUT TRENTO DOC
Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy | A lively, bright straw yellow. The perlage is fine and persistent. NOSE: A fresh and intense bouquet, with a broad fruity note of ripe Golden Delicious apples, white flowers and a delicate scent of yeast, deriving from 20 months’ ageing in bottle. TASTE: Harmonious and well-balanced, with a faint suggestion of ripe fruit and attractive hints of crusty bread.

Lombardy, Italy | Lemon, grapefruit, honey and saltines on the nose. Crisp and fresh, with a medium body and relatively gentle bubbles. Dry and crisp finish.

Champagne, France | Pale lemon with fine bubbles; the nose is filled with aromas of apple, pear, toast and brioche; the palate is extra-dry and medium to full body with flavours that match the aromas.


MOËT & CHANDON BRUT ROSÉ IMPÉRIAL
Champagne, France | Strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant: the juicy and persistent intensity of the red berries explodes onto the palate, joined by the fleshy, then firm peach aromas. The finish is structured by the freshness of a subtle peppery and minty note.


2013 DOM PÉRIGNON BRUT
Champagne, France | The delicate nose unfolds in swaths of colour; green of eucalyptus, mint and vetiver, the yellow-orange of mirabelle plums, apricot and orange blossom, the brown of pepper, cardamom and licorice sticks, and finally silvery saline and toasty hues. The mouthfeel is elegant, expressing luxuriant simplicity and precision. The refined and silky foundation becomes more pronounced at the heart. The finish is dominated by a salinity that leaves a deep sensation of consistency.

Champagne, France | The nose: Peach, apricot and red berry aromas are followed by crystallized citrus, orange blossom and hints of brioche. White blossom, linden flowers, jasmine and bergamot zest form its bouquet, laced with the classic minerality of Le Mesnil. At once rich and long, the palate shows perfect balance, its power contained. The warm character of the vintage is tangible, boasting good structure with elegant rounded aromas of baked apple, toasted hazelnut and salted butter caramel. The chalky, mouth-watering finish buoyed by the evanescent bubbles carries the Salon signature.

The palate: velvety, pleasantly sweet, intense and persistent with a good acidity that enriches its freshness & balances the high sugar content.
