PODERI CELLARIO È ORANGE
Piedmont, Italy | Light and fresh orange wine is mild in acidity and tannins and has notes of mint, lemon, mandarine and yellow grapefruit. It’s vinified with maceration of 2 weeks with the skins, spontaneous fermentation. This wine is unclarified & unfiltered. The maceration gives it a long & slightly tannic finish. Retains a natural opalescence. Aged in amphora and cement.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
The Sauvignon Blanc taste is one of the most identifiable in the world of white wines. It always has crisp, high acidity and has a chemical compound called pyrazine which gives grassy, herbal or bell pepper flavours. Grown in cooler climates or picked early, the herbaceous green character is most prominent. In warmer climates or allowed to hang longer on the vine, the pyrazine character diminishes in favour of riper fruit flavours ranging from grapefruit, to passion fruit and guava.

CHARDONNAY
Chardonnay is known as a winemaker’s grape because it can grow in many climates and is easy to work with in the cellar. Typically, it’s a dry, medium to full-bodied with moderate acidity & alcohol. RIESLING
Riesling is a white grape variety which originated in the Rhine region of Germany. This aromatic wine offers primary fruit aromas of orchard fruits like nectarine, apricot, honey-crisp apple, and pear. Besides fruit, you’ll often smell things like honeycomb, jasmine, or lime peel, along with a striking aroma that smells similar to petrol or petroleum wax. On the palate, Riesling has high acidity, similar to the levels in lemonade.
